Welcome to Thrive Naturopathics.

Kerrie Rowe (she/her) is the principal Naturopath at Thrive and is ready to support you and your family on your health journey

Kerrie will work with you to find the root cause of your health concerns and with the body's innate ability to heal itself, together we can achieve vitality, energy and feeling good again- THRIVING!

The use of a variety of modalities including herbal medicine, nutraceutical supplementation, nutritional and lifestyle modifications are utilised at Thrive to support this journey.

Kerrie's passion lies in supporting families, teenagers, children, babies and caregivers. Kerrie enjoys supporting individuals of all ages with a wide variety of conditions such as:

  • Stress and fatigue
  • Menopausal symptoms (Hot flushes, anxiety, insomnia, mood support)
  • Skin conditions (Acne, Eczema, Dermatitis, Keratosis pilaris)
  • Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia
  • Joint Hypermobility Syndromes and related symptoms
  • Neurological conditions (ADHD, ASD)
  • Mental health (Anxiety, Depression)
  • Insomnia

Kerrie has a background in Human Services with experience in a wide range of settings including counselling, family support, disability support and student support in both high school and university settings.

It is important to Kerrie that her clients feel safe, really listened to and respected. This is at the heart of her care.
